Integrated CRM and efficient sales support for the plastics industry

FOSS provides for companies in the plastics sector high-performance functions for customer care and for an efficient organization of daily sales processes. The standard software supports all operations of sales starting from customer acquisition through preparation of quotes and invoice handling to return processing.

The neatless integration of sales and CRM functions into the ERP system makes it possible to fully exploit the potentials of the Customer Relationship Management. FOSS maintains all relevant information about customers, contacts, appointments, documents, quotes, projects and products using the saved data about business operations and transactions for the customized and personalized customization with your customers.

FOSS supports the processes in sales with numerous practice-relevant special functions for plastics manufacturers. In this way the system maintains, for example, frame agreements (according to either quantities or values, with delivery advice via EDI), controls external service handling (ES), considers material surcharges (MS) and offers an integrated sales planning. The integrated EDI monitor masters all major formats (e.g. VDA, Odette) as well as manufacturer-specific processes
