The spectrum of solutions reaches from simple structured archiving systems to complex document management systems with Workflow-support. All products and solutions enable as integration systems the optimum link to existing business applications for process optimization within a company. The company founded in 1994, offers two products from the document management sector, SAPERION and Windream, which are configured and adjusted based on the company's requirements. Own products were also developed from the company's requirements and cover the automated processing of the complete incoming mail sector, the archiving of outgoing documents, including reports and journals as well as the integration and linking of document management features to other leading systems of the company.

Thus, SAPERION grants supports for your company in all phases of the document cycle and covers the different areas of the Enterprise Content Management. The special strengths of SAPERION are a Workflow-solution and the CAD-Suite, which makes all DMS functions available based on the Microsoft® file system. The difference is visible for those functions that surpass the Microsoft®-Standard. When new documents are saved a screen will automatically open up for indexing. Documents are searched using an advanced Windows-search function. The modular structured system offers all desirable functionalities such as history, index search, complete text search, object type search (search by folders and document types), versions, object storing, national language support for German and English and an access-rights concept.
