ORDAT.ERP fibu (financial accounting) receives renewed certification according to IDW PS 880

Good news for ORDAT.ERP customers! We have had the subsystem ORDAT.ERP fibu (financial accounting) audited by an independent auditing company in accordance with IDW PS 880: The system technically meets the latest standards according to the german administrative instruction »GoBD« and gives all users security for the purpose of compliance fulfillment.

The so-called »Principles for the proper keeping and storage of books, records and documents in electronic form as well as for data access« (in short: GoBD) by Germany’s Federal Ministry of Finance stipulate that documents must be traceable, complete, correct, timely and unchangeable as part of proper accounting. In conjunction with the ORDAT.ERP dms(document management system) product, we will offer a perfect symbiosis between document entry (ORDAT.ERP fibu) and document storage (ORDAT.ERP dms), so that the GoBD can be fulfilled.
