ORDAT Support Online is ORDAT's customer support system. Authorized employees of customers can enter support requests (tickets) for the ERP systems ORDAT.ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 here and track their status.

Furthermore, it offers a FAQ section with extensive information, documents, downloads and announcements about ORDAT's ERP solutions as well as a ORDAT.ERP Change Log with current release information and database descriptions.
