ORDAT Support Online is ORDAT's customer support system. Authorized employees of customers can enter support requests (tickets) for the ERP systems ORDAT.ERP and Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 here and track their status.
Furthermore, it offers a FAQ section with extensive information, documents, downloads and announcements about ORDAT's ERP solutions as well as a FOSS Change Log with current release information and database descriptions.
