ORDAT.ERP dms - simply uncomplicated document management (of course technically GoBD-compliant)

According to studies, an estimated 40 to 60 percent of working time is lost due to manual paper filing or searching for digital documents in file directories. On average, searching for a single document takes 17 minutes – after all, you often have to sift through several systems and programs until you finally find the invoice, contract or delivery bill. In that time, you could be sorting through your pile of files, working through e-mails or devoting yourself to other urgent job matters.

A document management system (DMS for short) supports all users who want quick access to documents. This not only saves time, but also enables the audit-proof storage of invoices and other documents.

Our in-house system ORDAT.ERP dms has just been certified according to IDW PS 880 (an auditing standard) and GoBD, which is a German administrative regulation of the German Federal Ministry of Finance. In plain language, this means that the latest legal requirements are automatically met with ORDAT.ERP dms, giving you the security to archive internal and external documents in a legally compliant manner.
